I have spent the last couple of days in a serious planning frenzy! Every year I host a Fourth of July beach picnic, and everyone looks forward to it every year! When we finally retire inside as the night progresses, I love the idea of making homemade party poppers for everyone to celebrate with! Most of these poppers use recycled materials, and they’re just about as fun to make as they are to set off! Happy Fourth!
Pop on over to Happiness is Homemade for this DIY tutorial. Recycled toilet paper rolls make the base of these party poppers, and patterned paper makes these perfect for the holiday!
Use old push pops to make these party poppers! These look a little bit more sturdy than some of the other ideas, and I think that my kids would love them! Learn how to do it yourself at Simple Everyday Mom.
BONUS: Not only do you have access to the free tutorial, but Simple Everyday Mom also provides you with the printable to make these!
These party poppers from Minted aren’t suitable for children–and that’s because they literally “pop!” Confetti candles are what give these poppers their pizzaz, and crepe paper is what makes this perfect for the Fourth!
Another party popper project (say that three times fast!) that comes with a free printable! All you need is ten minutes, and a bunch of old toilet paper rolls.
These might require a little bit more time and energy, but one can’t deny that these poppers look absolutely beautiful! Whip out your paint brush to customize each one! Tell Love and Party has the full tutorial!
The rockets certainly glare with this DIY project from All Things G & D. These ones are special because they are filled with candy instead of confetti! I think I would put a few salt water taffies in mine..
