How to Repurpose a Boring Dresser

 

Are you like me? Do you have at least two dressers in your attic that you have absolutely NO current need for? Are you also unwilling to let those dressers go? I thought so! You and I might be one in the same 😉 But really, I found myself upstairs the other day and I finally set my mind to repurposing my dressers in one way or another, these are a few of my favorites:

Instead of giving your old dresser a completely new use and function, give it a new coat of paint instead! This beach themed dresser from Petticoat Juncktion seriously makes my heart happy. I’m sure you can all guess why this repurpose project is my favorite!

 

Break out the power tools, it’s time to bring the inside, out! This set of old dressers gets a MAJOR makeover when it’s turned into an outdoor bar cart. This would be great for Summer parties! Idea from Bliss Ranch.

 

If you’re in dire need of more storage space (for dishes, desserts, or whatever else) at your next backyard party, check out this project! The idea comes from Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons. She definitely took the fun outside, and I am all about it!

 

Get rid of those dresser drawers (well, not REALLY, there’s a ton of different ways to reuse those) and fill them with plastic bins instead. Separate your craft supplies according to personal preference and “file” them away in this dresser. Idea from Sew Many Ways.
