Are you like me? Do you have at least two dressers in your attic that you have absolutely NO current need for? Are you also unwilling to let those dressers go? I thought so! You and I might be one in the same 😉 But really, I found myself upstairs the other day and I finally set my mind to repurposing my dressers in one way or another, these are a few of my favorites:
Instead of giving your old dresser a completely new use and function, give it a new coat of paint instead! This beach themed dresser from Petticoat Juncktion seriously makes my heart happy. I’m sure you can all guess why this repurpose project is my favorite!
Break out the power tools, it’s time to bring the inside, out! This set of old dressers gets a MAJOR makeover when it’s turned into an outdoor bar cart. This would be great for Summer parties! Idea from Bliss Ranch.
If you’re in dire need of more storage space (for dishes, desserts, or whatever else) at your next backyard party, check out this project! The idea comes from Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons. She definitely took the fun outside, and I am all about it!
Get rid of those dresser drawers (well, not REALLY, there’s a ton of different ways to reuse those) and fill them with plastic bins instead. Separate your craft supplies according to personal preference and “file” them away in this dresser. Idea from Sew Many Ways.
Entry way looking a little lack-luster? Chic Staging & Design will help you transform your entryway with nothing but an old dresser.
More than anything, I wish we had the space available in our garage to accommodate a work bench AND a tool chest. We may not have the space for the bench I was envisioning, but this old dresser doubles as a work bench AND a tool chest. I think I can make enough space for that! From A Cultivated Nest.
I’m sure you’ve seen these DIY projects all across Pinterest, but have you ever thought about ACTUALLY turning an old dresser into a bathroom vanity? Don’t let the idea intimidate you, it’s actually super doable. The Idea Room has more!
Addicted 2 Decorating has a GENIUS idea: turn an old dresser into a new TV stand! TV stands and entertainment centers are one of my least favorite things to shop for, and I love the idea of reusing something that I already having laying around. I can’t wait to make one of these for myself!

Do you know what paint color is the yellow dresser. Absolutely love it.

The color is warm wheat and it has a dark wax over it 🙂
