No matter how prepared I go, I always end up feeling exhausted and totally drained after a day at the beach. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink, or how much sunscreen I slather on, a good nap always sounds perfect at the end of a beach day. But just the other day I realized that while I was doing (mostly) everything I could to protect myself from the sun’s rays, I was always forgetting to wear a hat! Ah! I wonder if that could solve my problem? So, I did it. I brought my Panama straw hat along the next time I went to the beach, and guess what? It really was life-changing.
