I love to decorate for Halloween, especially when it’s super cheap to do so! I know that I’m not the only mother and wife out there who loves to save money when I can. This year, I plan on completely remodeling my home for Halloween, and I certainly need to save money where I can! It’s a good thing that these DIY Halloween projects are from the dollar store!

Practice your coloring skills with this DIY vase from Craft Shack Chronicles.  She used a sharpie, and it was surprisingly easy, to color the glass jar black. I’d love this on my table around Halloween!

You’ll need 10 skulls, purchased in the toy section of the dollar store to make this scary skeleton wreath. While you are at the store buying your skulls, make sure that you grab a roll of funky ribbon to hang your wreath with. Tried and True Blog has more!

Alright, so this DIY project didn’t come DIRECTLY from the Dollar Store, but it’s fabulous nevertheless. Use old coat hangers, or gauge wire to bend something into a shape that completely suits you. In this case, it’s a “boo” sign from Cupcakes and Cutlery.

You can paint a real pumpkin to look like this, or you can use plastic pumpkins from the Dollar Store to create a Halloween decor staple for years to come! You’ll need chalk paint, gold spray paint, and this tutorial from The Happier Homemaker to add these into your home decor!
